If you have a suggestion on how to improve or enhance IE 420’s website, your input is always welcome.

Each month our Development Team holds a product/service feedback meeting. We discuss the highest priorities for our customers, team members, and prospects and look at how the suggestions align with our own strategy. Each suggestion requires a different amount of engineering effort to meet. While our product and services roadmap focuses on larger full feature improvements, we also allocate resources for customer ideas that can benefit the entire IE 420 user community.

If we decide to build a feature or make an improvement, changes are implemented at the end of each month.Unless additional information is needed, you will not receive a personal response. Any suggestions for enhancements that you submit will become the property of IE 420 Meds.

If you reach out directly to our Support or Customer Success teams, they’ll be able to check on the progress of a suggestion, but they won’t have any additional information or be able to provide an estimate for when your suggestion will be reviewed. They can however, submit new suggestions on your behalf.
